A Leadership and Diplomacy Experience
Camp Tel Yehudah offers more than just a summer program – we provide a transformative journey for Jewish teens from the United States, Israel, and around the world. Our second session merkaz programs are designed to engage, educate, and empower young leaders through immersive experiences that blend Jewish values, personal growth, and global connections.
What is HaBayit?
Ha’Bayit at Camp Tel Yehudah is a premier 2.5-week immersive leadership program for rising 10th-12th graders from the U.S. and Israel. Led by expert educators, including Rami Carmel of the Ambassadors’ Club of Israel, participants develop essential diplomacy, communication, and critical thinking skills. They engage with field leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and strengthen their Jewish identity while gaining insight into the diplomatic world and its shaping forces. Through dynamic workshops, meaningful in-person connections between Israeli and American teens, and hands-on experiences, Ha’Bayit empowers young leaders to build lasting relationships, broaden their perspectives, combat anti-semitism, and confidently share their own Israel story.
The name “Ha’Ba’yit,” meaning “The Home,” reflects our vision of the State of Israel as a homeland, the Jewish community as a nurturing home, and Camp Tel Yehudah as a home of a longstanding family of tens of thousands of young Zionists over its seventy-six years of activity.
