Tel Yehudah’s Premiere Leadership Programs for Jewish Teens

boysTel Yehudah offers a unique, thought provoking and fun programs that challenge Jewish teens to expand their knowledge and curiosity towards Israel, Jewish Pluralism, and Tikun Olam (repairing the world), all while developing their leadership skills and deepening their Jewish identity. Teens from all four Young Judaea regional camps (Camp Judaea, CYJ-Midwest, CYJ-Texas and Sprout Lake Camps) join together with other Jewish teens from around the world to become the next generation of leaders today!

Join us for an incredible summer full of exploration, experience, and action. Through a “build-your-summer” approach, any teen can craft their best summer. Built into our six week Full Session there are multiple times for a teen to change their daily schedule to try new things or to double down and continue on the same path for the entire summer. As a camp, we will move through three Blocs: Explore, Experience, and Act.

  • In Bloc 1, Explore, we will discover so many things: new communities, the Delaware river, peer leadership, sports, social action, arts, outdoors, Israel and more. The world is our (kosher) oyster.
  • As we move into Bloc 2, Experience, we will push ourselves to go out into the world and try as much as we can! Through special, out-of-camp, trips our teens put into practice what they have learned about in the weeks (or days) leading up to the trips. After the trips we will take a few days to digest what we experienced.
  • As we move into Bloc 3, Act. The last stretch of summer will focus on what we can do at camp and in our communities with all the information and experiences we just had.

To do this, we separate our program by grade, with Alumim offered to current 8th graders, Yachad offered to current 9th graders and Hadracha offered to current 10th graders.
