Last year I came to TY for the first time. It was the best thing to happen to me in a long time. Literally nothing could compare to my Yachad experience…then came Hadracha! Quite literally I had my life changed. Now I and other campers in Hadracha, who span the spectrum of political and social views, have seen the world through a new set of eyes, of those who make change, and we like it.

Hadracha’s essence is to create leaders. Leaders with a certain set of values. Leaders with morals; leaders with ethics; Leaders. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. With any luck, I will be one of those leaders. A leader with the power to do good for everyone.

Through my involvement in the gun violence tikun group, to my political activism studio, the Young Judaea alumni panel in DC, and meeting with congress, Hadracha has changed me. For that, I cannot thank TY enough.
